Beginning Phase of Frequencies Separating on Earth

Sananda: All the frequencies have been available to every person, what one must do is to align with the predominating frequency in order to move into that reality. This is still true, however there will be a separation coming. At the moment one can feel the oneness of what has been called 5th Dimension while in the next moment they find themselves lost in lower emotions.

It is not to say that the emotions of sadness or even anger are not felt in the higher frequencies, as they are. Yet, how one moves through those emotions changes. Gone is the blame and destructive lashing out. Instead these emotions when felt within the higher frequencies allow one to see what adjustments can be made within that will affect the outer creation of their reality.
With the separation of the frequencies, the widening of the gap between each grouping, it will become much harder for one to move seamlessly from the lower to higher frequencies.

高い周波数では、悲しみや怒りも感じなくなるというのではありません。そういう感情はあります。しかし、感じ方が変わるのです。非難や人を傷つける罵詈雑言などがなくなります。高い周波数でそういう気持ちを感じる時は、批判非難の気持ちがあると、それが外の現実にどのように影響するのかが分かるようになるのです。
周波数が分岐すると、それぞれの集団同士の溝は大きくなり、低い周波数から高い周波数に変わるのが非常な難しくなります。

It is important that you understand what an amazing time period you are living through. This is the time period when all of your lives, your lessons, and growth achieved come into one final culmination. For those that have chosen to ascend this is your graduation time. What graduation means for each person will look and feel different. Yet, the premise for each… soul is the same. It is during this lifetime that you will remove all that impedes you from embodying your soul on earth. It is in this beautiful merging that you will understand the reason for your incarnations on earth and everything that you have gained.

At this moment, the accelerated timeline is anchored into your world and this allows each of you access to it. With the approaching equinox, you each have the opportunity to leave behind the old and walk into the new. It is for this reason that so many of you have been experiencing deep releasing of the physical and emotional. It is coming forth for you to see it, feel it and choose to leave it in the past. While this may feel overwhelming and you may be at a loss on how to let go and move beyond what was, the answer is quite simple.
When you are feeling burdened by your fears, your past, or your patterns, sit and ask your heart chakra to open to its fullest. Ask that you receive all the love that source has to offer and that this love help you to release all that is not stable within you. Allow this love to fill you completely and in doing so, show you the way. For there is only one way to the New Earth, only one path to Ascension and that is being and resonating with the same frequency of love that Source gives you.

今皆さんは、驚くべき時期に生きていることを理解することが大切です。それが、この時です。これから、これまでの幾多の人生でやり遂げた課題や成長が一つになって最後のピークを迎えます。アセンションしようと決めた人は、今が卒業の時になります。卒業という意味は、見方感じ方が変わるということです。でも、それぞれの人の前提は同じです。それは、この人生の間に、魂を体現することを妨げるものすべてを取り除いていくということです。魂と見事に一つになる時に、地球に生まれた理由や今まで掴んだことすべてが分かるでしょう。
今、加速するタイムラインが皆さんの世界にアンカーしているので、皆さんはそれに繋がることが出来ます。秋分が近づくと、古いものを捨て、新しいものに向かって歩いていきます。そのために、非常に多くの人が肉体や感情にある古いものを手放してきました。昔あったものを見て感じて、過去に置いて進もうとしているところです。過去にあったものを捨てる時に、うろたえ、当方に暮れるかもしれませんが、答えは極めて単純です。
不安や怖れや過去のこと、過去繰り返したパターンで重荷を感じている時は、座ってハートチャクラに全部開くようにお願いしてください。源が差し出す愛を受け取れるようにお願いし、その愛を感じて不安にするようなものを手放せるようお願いしてください。新生地球への道、アセンションへの道は1本しかありません。源の差し出す愛と同じ周波数でいること、その愛に共振することがその道です。
