Dear ones, we wish to express our congratulations for the courage you hold in the face of many issues appearing to be in opposition to the peace and harmony you were expecting. Never doubt that what you are witnessing is the necessary process of a world waking up. There remain those who require powerful experiences in order to wake up or even move a little beyond complacency. Many remain stuck in the glue of illusion.

The true essence of every individual is Divine, regardless of how they may act or what they believe themselves to be. Everyone living on earth has chosen to experience a sense of separation in order to re-remember Oneness. However, along the way of lifetimes, many got lost in the experiences of separation and became hypnotized inadvertently creating a collective consciousness of duality and separation–the third dimensional belief system.
Observe and give gratitude for everything, for you are bearing witness to the awakening of the masses and the disintegration of the old. It is what mankind has desired and brought into manifestation. Those living with closed eyes are beginning to open them, and those with already open eyes are seeing more clearly. However, be alert to any judgements you may hold with regard to how the awakening process must appear.

We are pleased to connect with all of you.　Because you live in a system of duality, and because it is still quite polarized, you are going to encounter some things that you would rather not encounter. You are going to find yourselves in situations that you would rather not be in, and you are going to at the very least, become aware of people who you would rather not know.
This nature of reality is in no way a curse. It is not a problem that needs to be solved. It simply is. Now, what you do with those situations, those people, those encounters, is very important. You always have the option of choosing to be the light or choosing to lower your vibration in an attempt to defeat that which is dark.
As you decide that you can let the lower vibrations exist and all that is associated with them, you begin to live the way that you want to live. As long as you see that other end of the spectrum as a threat to your existence or your happiness, you will live in fear. Love is the answer. It is the way, and it lights the way.
When you see that which lacks light and love, you don’t have to seek to eliminate it. You don’t need to see it as a problem that needs to be fixed. Your willingness to accept it and to let it be is unconditional love. It is what you seek to experience more than anything else.
And as you be that unconditional love, you realize that there is beauty in every experience and in every person, and you wouldn’t change any of it. You wouldn’t eliminate something that adds to the beauty of your world.
Without the darkness, there is no light, and with the darkness, the light can know itself and dance and play. You are all comprised of love and light, and that assures you that you can withstand a little darkness in your world.

低い波動でも存在するに任せ、それに関連するものもそのままにさせると、自分でしたい人生を生きるようになります。振り子の向こうの反対側を見て、それは自分や幸せに対する脅威だと思う限り、恐怖の中で生きることになります。それに対する回答は、愛です。愛が生きる道、愛が道を明るくします。

We are pleased to give you the following transmission. It has been a very challenging time for many of you on planet Earth these past several months. When you are activating parts of yourselves that need to be reintegrated into the whole, it often creates quite a mess in your lives. The mess is not an indication of how well you are doing. The mess is simply a byproduct of the changes that are occurring within you on a very deep level.

You are masters, and you are demonstrating to yourselves just how masterful you are. In you evolutionary journey, you need to have your life shaken up at times. One of the reasons for this is to get you to focus on what is really important. Having things get in the way of living the life that you desire is also a way for you all to summon forth more energy.
In the coming together of all of your various parts, you take yourselves to places beyond where you ever dreamt you could go. Putting yourselves in challenging situations is the perfect way to do just that. Your inevitable expansion is taking place, and as you can see that as the bigger picture, you can let go of the attachments that you have to your life being in perfect order, or in any order whatsoever.
The process of letting go and surrendering to your reintegration is one that you can experience with joy and excitement. When you recognize that what is happening in your lives is so much bigger than having everything in perfect order, you can accept the process and you can receive more benefit from it.
The parts of yourselves that are being reintegrated now are from lifetimes that were not lived on planet Earth. You are reintegrating your galactic past lives. This is one of the final steps for all of you in coming to terms with who you really are, and it also leads you closer and closer to full physical contact with extra-terrestrial beings. When you recognize the truth that you are from all over this galaxy and beyond, you become a part, a conscious creator, of the reintegration of your galactic self.

Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
You have taken yourselves to a point in your evolution where nothing else matters. Nothing in the world, or of the world, is as significant as your evolution, your expansion, your ascension. This is important for you to recognize so that you don’t get lost in the circumstances of your reality.
It is easy to get caught up in what is going on, or what is not going on in your physical life experience. It is easy for you to believe that the circumstances of your life are more significant than the evolution of your consciousness, but in fact every single circumstance in your life is giving you the opportunity to expand your consciousness. It’s the perfect set up to bring you to that next step in your evolution.
So the question remains, and that question is, are you going to see everything in your life as perfect and as serving that greater good of bringing you to precisely where you need to be? If you find yourself in the pit of despair, then that is where you need to be. If you find yourself accessing more anger than you’ve ever accessed before, then that is where you need to be. If you find yourself with less money, or less people in your life than ever before, then that is where you need to be.
You need to go to where life is taking you, and you need to go willingly, and you also need to stay aware of the bigger picture. The bigger picture will always be your evolution, and that is as it should be. And if you are living a life of joy and freedom, and are surrounded by love, then that too is a part of your journey. It is a part of your ascension process.
Some of you need to hold the higher frequencies for the collective. And so if you are living a life that is objectively better than what most people are living, then recognize it is your role in the ascension process of the collective to hold a higher frequency, to appreciate, to offer and receive love. But none of that is as significant as your shift either.
You are at a point where tremendous leaps forward are possible and likely, and all you have to do is remain focused. Remain dedicated to your ascension. That is what this lifetime is all about for all of you.

起きていること、日常経験すること、生活環境で経験することに心奪われ、囚われるのは簡単です。人生において環境の方が自分の意識の進化よりももっと重要だと思い込むのは容易いことです。しかし、どんな環境であれ、すべてがあなたの意識を大きくするきっかけを提供しているのです。それは、進化の次の段階に進むための完璧な仕組みです。

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
There are several wavelengths that you can put yourself on in any moment of time. These wavelengths represent different vibrational frequencies. They are like mini-timelines. They are like timelines that exist within a very short timeframe, and they are available to you. They are open to having you partake in what they have to offer.

You see, you are co-creating with the energies that are upon your world, just as you are co-creating with the people, animals, plant life, and minerals that are on your world. So when you start to play with energy, vibration, and frequency, you start to tune yourselves to the potential wavelengths that you have access to and the potential timelines that you can also access whenever you choose.
There is not one wavelength that is necessarily better than any other. It is up to you as an individual which wavelength you want to be on to give yourself the experiences that are in harmony with that particular wavelength.
So perhaps you find yourself at a party, and there are several groups of people talking. One group of people is laughing. Another group of people is having a very serious conversation about the environment. Another group of people is talking about other people behind their backs. Another group is having a philosophical conversation.
Each of those groups is on a different wavelength, and you get to choose which wavelength harmonizes with what it is that you want to experience. You find yourselves gravitating at times towards one group while at other times gravitating towards another. It depends on a number of factors, including your mood and what interests you in the moment.
So you see, there will never be a right or a wrong way for you to approach these options that are before you, but it is nice to recognize that they exist and that you are choosing them. It is also wonderful to acknowledge that there is nothing random about the wavelengths that are available to you. When find yourself vibrating at a particular frequency, you are more likely to encounter wavelengths that are in harmony with that frequency.
And so, you set your vibration to the tune of what it is you want to experience, both on the short-term scale and on the long-term scale as well. Again, we recommend that you feel for these wavelengths, you feel for the timelines that you are tuning into and that are available to you, and we highly recommend that you choose consciously what it is that you want to experience.
When you do, you will know yourselves as the creators of your reality and the creators of your experience of reality, and that gives you the strength and the power to create something new, to create the wavelength and the timeline that you want to be on, and that’s when life gets truly interesting.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
There was a time in your history where you played with extra-terrestrial beings, openly. You have had open physical contact with extra-terrestrials, and it started millions of years ago. We are telling you this because you need to know that the activity with extra-terrestrials now is nothing new. Just because it is covert and hidden from you, and just because when you have your experiences, you don’t remember them, doesn’t make any of these experiences new by any stretch. There is extra-terrestrial life on planet Earth in the form of beings who were not born on planet Earth. They are in your oceans. They are in your mountains, and some even walk the streets.
While this would be a shock to learn for most people on planet Earth, we suspect that those of you receiving our message are not shocked at all. Some of you have had personal contact that you remember, and others of you long for that contact. But here’s the important thing to remember. None of this is happening outside of you. None of this is separate from you. You are one with all beings, and all beings, terrestrial or otherwise, exist within you.
Therefore, if you want to get to know extra-terrestrial beings, get to know yourselves. Get to know every part of yourselves. Become comfortable with every part of yourselves. Do not fear any aspect of who you are, and when you achieve that, you will be ready once again for open physical contact that you can remember.
This will happen in waves as more and more of you become ready for that contact. It will not be an experience for the entire population all at once, because you are all in different places. You are all in different points of readiness, and you all have different paths.

Every individual is consciously or unconsciously journeying toward full awakening but not everyone is at the same level of awareness at the same time. Old souls are those who have lived and learned through many lifetimes, whereas newer souls may have been only on earth several times and still need many more life experiences before they will be ready to move into higher levels of awareness.

Continue to send Light and love to the world, visualizing earth and all her life forms as pure Light, for this is what they really are. This makes you Lightworkers. A lightworker is anyone who not only knows the truth but lives it, in the realization that in spite of appearances to the contrary everyone is a Spark of the one Divine Light.
Many continue to think of lightworkers as being only those spiritually gifted individuals doing healing work, teaching, or channeling. This belief is a facet of the belief in separation for in truth everyone is a spiritual being and every activity becomes Lightwork when done with awakened eyes and ears.

It is an honor, in fact, to be connected to the human race, a race of beings who have overcome so much adversity, enslavement, and persecution. You are more bonded and banded together than you have ever been as a collective. We are proud to be a part of your evolution. We are proud to call you members of our family.

There is an opening now available to all of you as a collective. It is an opening that you have all created and that you are more than ready to pass through. This is a time of great change, and it can and will be change for the better. There is no sacrifice required on the part of humanity to make this next step. You don’t need major natural disasters or any other catastrophic events to bring yourselves to the next step in your evolutionary journey.
You are all awakening at an exponential rate. The awareness that humanity holds is quite high. There is no escaping the truth of who you are. You are here to discover that truth, but also, to define yourselves as you see fit. You are making choices every day about who you are and who you want to be.
Many of you wonder what choice to make regarding the presidential election in the United States. You wonder what the right choice is to further the human agenda. So cast your votes for humanity, rather than for an individual who has no more power than you do over your lives and over which world you inhabit.
Whatever you do, it will be the correct move for you. Just remember to always empower yourselves first, and give your power away to no one, regardless of the outcome of the election. You are all winning at this game of ascension, and we are just some of your biggest fans.

合衆国の大統領選でだれに投票するか考えあぐねている人が多くいます。人間の課題解決を進めるには、どういう選択がいいのだろうか、と思っています。だから、個人ではなく人類に投票してください。もはや、自分の人生や世界を支配できるほど皆さん以上に力のある個人はいません。
何をするにしても、それで自分にとって正しいところに身を置きます。しかし、常に最初に自分を元気づけることを忘れないでください。選挙結果がどうなろうとも、人に頼って自分の力を預けないでください。皆さんは、アセンションのゲームで勝利しています。私たちは、皆さんの大ファンなのです。
