We have been asked to discuss our perspective of the upcoming energies of this New Year, the year of 2017. As with all years, each has its own vibrational signature if you will. We would be delighted to share our perspective upon this New Year, but first we want to briefly describe your calendar year of 2016.
Last year, at around this time we said that the coming year would be filled with rapid transformations and as many of you take this time to reflect upon all that has changed this year, many will stand in amazement at just what you have transformed in your reality. Change often feels at bit unnerving to many humans as you rarely can see what the transformation will look like when it is finished and this makes many feel uncomfortable. Events, circumstances, desires and even fears manifested rapidly this past year. You had the opportunity to purge much of what was no longer needed in your life so that you could move forward with much less baggage if you will. We said that so much would be jam packed into your year of 2016 that you would wonder how you were able to experience all that in just one calendar year and so it has been.
The changing of a calendar year is not only a time for looking ahead to the future but to reflect upon what you have experienced throughout your year to help you better discern what you would like to change going forward.
You have spent the last year amidst many rapid transformations; you have been busily sorting through your desires to become far more clear about who you want to become, what your true passions are, and weeding out the people, locations, relationships, and events that no longer resonate with this new being you are transforming into.
You’re year of 2017 of course has its own vibrational signature; this will be the year of propulsion as we would like to call it. We offer you the analogy of your bow and arrow. This past year, you have pulled the string of the bow back with great force as you rapidly uncovered much that was previously unseen, and you are now taking aim, and will let the string go.

昨年の今頃、私たちは、来年は変化の起こり方が非常に速くなるでしょうと言いました。だから、皆さんがこの1年で変わったことを振り返ると、本当に現実が変わってしまい、これからもただただ驚くでしょう。変化を経験し終えた時にどうなっているのか分からないので好ましく感じられず、気力が削がれることがよくあります。
この1年で、出来事や環境や願い、まして恐れていることまでもが非常に速く現実になりました。もう役に立たないことを棄てて、それで荷を軽くして前に進むことが出来ました。2016年は、たった一年では経験できないような程たくさんのことがぎゅうぎゅう詰めになりますとお話ししましたが、そうなりました。
年が改まり、今年は、前方を見るだけでなく、この1年で経験したことを振り返ると、今後、どう変わって行きたいのか、見定めがしやすくなります。
昨年は本当に変化の只中をやって来ました。願っているものをえり分けて、自分がどうなりたいのか、情熱が何かなど、急いでそれをはっきりさせて来ました。そして、これから変わって行こうとしている自分にとって相応しくない人たちや場所、人間関係や経験した出来事などを自分から外し、遠ざけてきました。
2017年は、また独自の特徴があります。今年は、言ってみれば、推進力の年になります。例えると、弓矢です。昨年は力いっぱい弓を引いてきました。それまで見えずに分からなかったものがあれよあれよという間にたくさん目の前に表れました。そして、今は、的を狙って矢を放とうとします。

Frequency Loops are anything one gets stuck in, repeats, and can’t seem to shift out of. These are what the human calls karma, spin or repeat cycles. This is just a repetitive frequency that one has yet to recognize, understand or shift out of fear into love. That is all.

How to break the frequency loop? Get conscious, get present, observe it and make a different choice. Much of the time, it will be the one thing you have previously avoided out of fear. The belief of fear creates the loop, while no longer believing is key.
Staying in the frequency loop creates an abundance of parallels, ripples and fractal selves and times. Breaking the loop and shifting to a higher frequency, a higher dimensional version of me, allows for all condensed times to purge, parallels to collapse and unification to begin again within.

Wavelengths and Timelines ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
There are several wavelengths that you can put yourself on in any moment of time. These wavelengths represent different vibrational frequencies. They are like mini-timelines. They are like timelines that exist within a very short timeframe, and they are available to you. They are open to having you partake in what they have to offer.

You see, you are co-creating with the energies that are upon your world, just as you are co-creating with the people, animals, plant life, and minerals that are on your world. So when you start to play with energy, vibration, and frequency, you start to tune yourselves to the potential wavelengths that you have access to and the potential timelines that you can also access whenever you choose.
There is not one wavelength that is necessarily better than any other. It is up to you as an individual which wavelength you want to be on to give yourself the experiences that are in harmony with that particular wavelength.
So perhaps you find yourself at a party, and there are several groups of people talking. One group of people is laughing. Another group of people is having a very serious conversation about the environment. Another group of people is talking about other people behind their backs. Another group is having a philosophical conversation.
Each of those groups is on a different wavelength, and you get to choose which wavelength harmonizes with what it is that you want to experience. You find yourselves gravitating at times towards one group while at other times gravitating towards another. It depends on a number of factors, including your mood and what interests you in the moment.
So you see, there will never be a right or a wrong way for you to approach these options that are before you, but it is nice to recognize that they exist and that you are choosing them. It is also wonderful to acknowledge that there is nothing random about the wavelengths that are available to you. When find yourself vibrating at a particular frequency, you are more likely to encounter wavelengths that are in harmony with that frequency.
And so, you set your vibration to the tune of what it is you want to experience, both on the short-term scale and on the long-term scale as well. Again, we recommend that you feel for these wavelengths, you feel for the timelines that you are tuning into and that are available to you, and we highly recommend that you choose consciously what it is that you want to experience.
When you do, you will know yourselves as the creators of your reality and the creators of your experience of reality, and that gives you the strength and the power to create something new, to create the wavelength and the timeline that you want to be on, and that’s when life gets truly interesting.

どんな瞬間でも、身につけられる波長が幾つかあります。その波長は異なる波動の周波数を表します。それは、ミニ・タイムラインのようなものです。非常に短い時間存在するタイムラインです。皆さんはそれを利用できます。そのタイムラインが出すものに入れるようになっています。
お分かりのように、皆さんはそちらの世界にあるエネルギーと共同創造しています。人や動物、植物、鉱物などその世界にあるものと創造しています。だから、エネルギーや波動、周波数に関わり始める時は、潜在的な波長に合わせ、潜在的なタイムラインにも合わせて繋がることがいつでもできます。
一番良い波長は一つしかないというわけではありません。どんな経験をしたいか、その特定の波長に一致する波長はどの波長か、それは皆さん個人の問題です。
そこで、パーティーに出ると、話をしているグループが幾つかあります。あるグループは笑っている。別のグループは、環境について真剣に話をしている。また別のグループは、人の噂話をしている。もう一つのグループは、哲学的な話をしているというように。
各グループは、違う波長の上に乗っています。あなたは経験したいものと一致する波長を選べます。時には、あるグループに、別の時には他のグループに惹かれることもあります。あなたの気分やその時の関心を含め、惹かれる要因の数によります。
だから、目の前にあるそういうオプションに近づくのに決して正しいとか間違いはありません。しかし、それらの波長は存在しており、選ぶことが出来ると知ることはいいことです。また、あなたが波長を選ぶ時は、偶然で選ぶのではないことも知っておくと素晴らしいです。特定の波長であなたが振動している時は、その波長と一致する波長に出会うでしょう。
だから、短期間でも長期間でも、経験したいことに合う波動に決めます。また繰り返すと、そういう波長を感じてください。合わせようとするタイムラインでそれに乗れるものを感じてください。皆さんは、意識的に経験を選べるのです。そのことを強く助言しておきます。
そうする時は、自分の現実の創造者、経験の創造者として自分を見なします。それが、自分の強さになり、新しいことを創り上げる力になり、そこにいたいと思う、波長とタイムラインを創り出します。（訳注：「バイロケーション」もその一つと確信）その時、人生は本当に面白くなります。
