And we have but one word to say to you, dear ones: Espavo. From the heart of the family of Michael: Espavo. When you hold your energy, you become the creators. You become those who hold the energy in your hearts. It is here that you connect to a very large Family of Light. You are the segment of our family that has taken form in physical biology.
As you rise in vibration, the bubbles of biology can be difficult for some of you. You find tears coming and you do not know why. You say, “When will this end? When will I feel my power without the tears?” And we say that we hope it never ends. As you first experience the thinning veil, you begin to feel Home. You have been so looking forward to this, and now that it is here, all you can do is cry. That can be very overwhelming when it first begins to happen.
Re-membering the real beauty of Home, knowing that you are still in physical form, can be frustrating at best. That feeling is the part of us that goes straight to the heart. Many of you have even found yourselves falling into depression after experiencing Home. Do not judge yourselves for this, as it is a normal process and is experienced by many more of you than any of you know. Please understand that as you continue to experience Home, you will become accustomed to these vibrations and it will no longer overwhelm you but, instead, will inspire you. Take your time and lean on each other in the interim. Be the Human Angel to each other during these times.
We cannot tell you how overjoyed we are to be playing the part to spread the wings of your own, for the angelic wings of Michael are only to reflect the magnificence of humans. Did you feel it? That was not our energy; that was yours. You have been touched by the greatest of angels. Tag; you are it. Pass it on.

故郷が本当に美しいことを思い出しながら、まだ肉体でいるので失望します。そういう気分は私たちの心に直に伝わります。多くの人が故郷を感じた後落ち込みます。そうやって自分を判断しないでください。それは普通に起こる過程なのです。自分だけでなくもっと多くの人が経験していることなのです。でも、故郷を感じその波動に慣れ始めると、深く落ち込むこともなく、それで逆に心に新しい風が吹くようになります。時間をかけて当分の間お互いに助け合って行ってください。ヒューマンエンジェルになってください。

Archangel Zadkiel: Expanding Your Energetic Channels, channeled by Linda Robinson
Maintaining a positive attitude will be a great asset in preparing to expand your energetic channels. When you have a positive attitude, you are relaxed and open for expansion.
To illustrate this, think about how you feel when you are happy and involved in something pleasant. You may notice that your muscles are relaxed and that your mind is open to new possibilities. Now contrast this with thinking about how you feel when you are worried or upset. Your muscles are likely to become tense and contracted, and your mind may be focused on maintaining the status quo. You are less likely to be in a mode to receive higher level information because your energetic channels have narrowed.
Now, go back to focusing on something positive. Feel your muscles relax and your mind become more open. This allows you to realize the importance of focusing on ways to keep your energetic channels open and ready for expansion.
One technique to assist in expanding your energetic channels is gratitude. When you feel grateful, you are happy and relaxed. Your attention is focused on positive events.
Gratitude covers a wide range of possibilities. You may feel gratitude for something that has occurred, blessings you have received, or persons in your life. You may wish to take a few minutes each day to focus on the many blessings for which you are grateful. If you write these down, then you can refer back to them in times when you wish to give your energy a boost.
When you feel gratitude, you are in a state of expansion. Your energy field has grown and expanded, and you are radiating positive waves of energy out to everyone around you and out into the ethers. 今日は、広げる方法について幾つかお話したいと思います。導管が広がると高次元の情報を受け取り、高い考え方に益々波長が合って行きます。
ポジティブな態度でいることが導管を広げられるようにする素晴らしい資質になります。その時にゆったりとして心が大きくなります。
例えば、楽しいことをして幸せな時の感じを思ってください。筋肉は弛緩し、新しい可能性に心の目が向きます。それとは反対に、心配事がある時はどうでしょうか。筋肉は緊張して萎縮し、現状を維持することばかりを考えます。もっと高い情報を受け取れる態勢にはならないでしょう。導管が狭まっているからです。そういうことからも導管をオープンにして広げることの重要性が分かると思います。
導管を広げる方法のひとつは、感謝です。有難いと思う時は幸せで安心しています。意識はポジティブなことに向けられています。
感謝すると、非常に広範囲の可能性に目が向きます。起きたことに有難いと思い、自分は恵まれていると感じ、相手がいてくれてよかったと思います。更に、それ以外にもいろいろなことにも感謝していきたいと思うようになるかもしれません。また、感謝したことを書き留めておくと、元気になりたいと思う時に、後になってそれを見返すことが出来ます。

I greet you today with love and optimism. Please know that all is proceeding as planned. We keep a pulse on everything so please understand that all is well. We understand how challenged most of humanity is right now. This is how it is supposed to be because the third dimensional way of living is complete. It is challenging to know within that it is over and that life is going to be entirely different from what you have known.
This ascension process is not for everyone. I am sure you know this as you see some that you love leaving their incarnations. Some are unable to adapt to the changes or they choose not to adapt. Just think if you have had everything your way on planet earth by controlling money, having power and manipulating others, you will be sorely disappointed when you lose your grip. This can be a big shock and you will begin to see how awkward it is becoming for those in this category.
You will discover that greed will become a thing of the past. You will become much lighter and younger. You will learn the truth about how the earth has really been run and you will be grateful for the new. Whatever systems and mis-creations are affecting you and the planet right now will be corrected. In fact, they are in the process of being rectified. There is a plan for everything and it is in place.
You will begin feeling healthier and healthier as corrective measures from all of us (the Galactic’s and the Light Alliance) assist you and the earth with healthier food, water, and everything that you require to maintain a disease resistant and healthy life. (You will not need vaccines.)
Please acknowledge the earth and pay attention to what she is doing. She is in the process of clearing out negative energies that are unsuitable for the fifth dimension and higher. She is doing this with her own wisdom all the while loving her children. She needs you to take better care of her.

My partner says he has no idea why old souls have such profound self-worth issues. I’ll tell you why: It’s because for hundreds of years, you’ve been beat up! Every time you move two steps forward, you’re beat back one – sometimes five. Then you come into this life expecting what? Very little. That’s because in the older energy, everything you did was met with resistance. Everything. Now we are s…aying that this is changing.
So spiritually you are going to have to love yourself more, and now is your opportunity to do so because there is a Universe inside of you called cellular structure with trillions of pieces of DNA. These pieces are starting to react and are becoming ready for your instruction sets to be given. The hand is out, you might say, of your cellular structure, and the cells are saying, “Ok, you’re the boss. What are we going to do?”
