This is a time of extremes on Earth. There is now much darkness, negativity, and fear in the collective energy field around this planet that makes people tense, and you can feel it. Feel the negativity, very objectively and without judging it or going along with it. People are being forced into a choice for despair, depression, anxiety, or for light, hope, love. Simply feel, on the one hand, the powerful wave of feelings of crisis and of being overwhelmed by the fears that come with it. And on the other hand, the potential for light and the possibility for awakened consciousness that will allow people who are in need to become very powerful and to stand up and to speak in a way that accords with their life and truth.

There is something else that can also emerge from crisis, something that you can know from your own life. Remarkably penetrating lines of energy can appear in moments of crisis that go directly to the heart, the core of who you are. You could say that the energy flowing through you becomes like a cross. There is a horizontal energy line through you that connects you with the world around you, the people and the physical environment, and at the same time, there is a vertical energy line through you that connects Heaven above with Earth below.
In this vertical line or axis, you are alone in a certain sense, but only in the earthly sense. There, in that vertical axis, what is of most importance to you is your relationship to the higher you: your soul, your cosmic self, and to the ground beneath your feet: Earth, Gaia. Feel this vertical axis and how this connecting flow runs through you, from the top of your head down to your toes where Heaven and Earth merge.

今後18年、「剣の橋」と言う戦いがあります。簡単に言えば古いエネルギーを抜け出ていくことです。18年以上の戦いがあります。皆さんは今後種を蒔いていきます。私は知っていますが、それがどうしてか、分かりますか？プレアデス人が経験したことを知っていますか？クオンタム状態になるまでどんなことを経たのか？皆さんが今経験しているようなことを彼らも経験したのです。進化のデザイナーと言うものを想定してください。皆さんによって地球のエネルギーが変わると考えてください。皆さんの意識とガイアが結びつき、それにDNAの進化を促進する要因が重なる時、そこに、繋がり、関係のあることが分かるでしょう。ガイアの意識を理解して皆さんが変わると、ガイアはそれに応えてくれます。何をするにしても、DNAの稼動は30％台ですが、18年後…には35％になるでしょう。

Go within, my faithful companions, and remember how, so many eons ago, we soared the Universe together, creating new galaxies, worlds and civilizations beyond your wildest dreams. Remember how you had available to you all the Divine substance of Creation, and all you had to do was reach out with your mind and mold it into form. Remember how all you had to do was envision something and it miraculously appeared before you. Try to remember the many forms you have taken, some human, but also many different forms in a variety of compositions, textures and features, but all beautiful and perfect in the eyes of our Father/Mother God.

It is important that you remember that you have experienced every Root Race that has ever populated the Earth, meaning that you have been every color and you have borne the characteristics of every race now embodied on your planet. We are telling you that you are a multi-faceted Being who has experienced all the richness and diversity that this Earth, this solar system, galaxy, and Sub-Universe have to offer. And so, how can you judge your brothers and sisters because in this lifetime they have different colored skin than you—or because they have different customs, beliefs, and worship differently or call their God by a different name? It has been said, but bears saying over and over again, when you do so, YOU ARE ONLY JUDGING YOURSELVES!

And I ask women especially to rise above issues of anger and distrust that they experience towards men. You, both men and women, have been both victim and perpetrator in this long history of battle.

Imagine with me that you are in front of your lover, and if you don’t have one, just imagine someone standing there.
Now first take a look at the flow of giving: what are you giving to his other person, what are you able to give? And take a good look at your own body as you give this energy. How does it feel in your heart, how does it feel inside your belly? And if you notice that the flow of giving is interrupted in some area, don’t judge it, don’t try and change it now, just observe it.
Now look at the flow of receiving. What are you receiving from your partner; what are you capable of receiving from your partner, what are you able to receive?

We ask you instead to prepare for your evolution now, knowing this is a strong possibility. Release your comfort with your pain and know that when you stay in a relationship past the time when it adds to you, it only serves to intentionally dim your light and lower your vibration. This does more damage than you may ever know to all those who are in your field. The children for whom you are willing to sacrifice your own happiness receive a tainted impression of what a relationship really is. They can then be doomed to repeat your same misdirection of energy time and again until they learn to override this energy stamp. If you love them, please save them these painful experiences and give them permission to find happiness by fearlessly reaching for happiness yourself. If you are in a relationship that no longer serves you, make a commitment to shift it to the next level or release it in love and dare to move forward.
As you take each step “over the rainbow,” many of your paradigms will change in regard to sexual expression. We will speak of a few of those now, for they are important for you to understand. In the days ahead, you will see more blending of male and female energy in all areas. This means that there will be more understanding of each ones needs and desires. In this state, a heightened sexual experience will be more commonplace as a deeper level of communication is possible in this way. There will be times of change in relationships, when your minds can no longer speak, yet your bodies will have the ability to communicate beautifully.
In the days ahead, you will see an increase in same-sex relationships and multiple-partner relationships. You will see more expression of unconditional love inside committed relationships and in open relationships that will be truly open and not just those avoiding commitment. There will eventually be much less fear of these beautiful expressions of love, as the true beauty of all relationships becomes more understood and coveted.
Please understand that sexual expression is not necessary for a successful life in this game. It is a finite tool to help re-member the vibrations of Home while in physical form.
