RELEASING THE HABIT OF BEING THIRD DIMENSIONAL

Dear Ones,
We the Arcturian expression of our many grounded ones wish to assist you in releasing the habit of being third dimensional. This habit, like all habits, is a set of behaviors that originate in your unconscious mind. Therefore, you are not consciously aware of these habitual actions, thoughts and emotions. Hence, you do not know the reason for these habits. To change a habit you must bring up from your unconscious mind and into your conscious awareness. Once you can consciously observe your habit, you can begin to change it.
At first, you may not be aware that certain habitual actions, thoughts make you feel unhappy. However, if you continue to observe when you feel unhappy, you can begin to trace that feeling back to its source. For example, you may not know why you are feeling anxious for quite a while, but you keep observing your self. Then once day, you realize that a certain thought, that used to be unconscious and is now conscious, always makes you feel anxious.
Therefore, you can begin to change that thought by trying to “catch yourself in the act.”
At first it may take several days for you to realize that you are feeling anxius because you have allowed yourself to think in a certain way. Then, with continued observation, you realize you are anxious because you just had that thought.Then, you have the “last time” experience, in which you can catch yourself in the NOW of having that thought. But, you cannot change it! This is very important, for you can clearly observe how the type of thinking makes you feel anxious. After you catch your self in the act, you can stop the thought just before you have it and transmute it into a higher frequency thought. Eventually, you will heal yourself of thinking in that fashion and suffer much less anxiety.
The best way to catch your self in the habit of being third dimensional is to be conscious of your third dimensional thinking. Third dimensional thinking is based on time, space, separation, limitation, gender and illusion. This type of thinking brings about many fearful emotions because you are constantly on the clock of what you have to do, how far you have to go to do it, other people that you have to deal with, all the limitations that you must surmount, social gender issues, and myriad illusions. Third dimensional thinking lowers your consciousness and dis-allows you to perceive the amazing reality that is just beyond your limited perceptions.

私たちは皆さんが3次元でいる習慣を手放す手助けをしたいと思います。習慣は全てそうですが、無意識（無自覚）から生まれる行動のことです。したがってそのような振る舞いや感情について気付いていません。そのような行動を取る原因や理由を知りません。癖や習慣を変えるには無意識から意識的に気づくように変えなければなりません。自分の普段のパターンを意識して観察できれば変えることができます。
まずはじめ、ある行動や考え方をすると不幸に感じるとします。しかし、不幸な感情の時に観察を続けると、その感情や気分の元を辿り始めることができます。例えば、暫くの間心配しているとしてその気に理由が分かりません。でもそういう自分をじっと見ています。その時、ある特定の考え方、それはそれまで自覚でできませんでしたが、今、そうやっていつも心配していることに気づきます。
しがって、行動している自分を捕まえてその時の考え方を変更することが出来るのです。ただし、心配している自分に気づくのに数日間かかるかもしれません。変えようと決めたばかりの時はそうなるのです。それから、 “最後の経験” をします。そこでそういう考え方をした「今」の自分を捕まえるのです。でも変えることができません！しかし、どういう考え方で心配するに至るかのかを理解し始めています。このことは重要です。
行動中の自分を捉えた後、また同じように考える前に自分を捕まえてそれを止めることができます。3次元のパターンに陥っている自分を捕まえる一番良い方法は、3次元的な思考に気づくことです。3次元思考は時間と空間、分断、限界などに制限され、男と女の区別や幻想があります。
この種の思考は怖れる感情をもたらします。それは、時間通りに何かしなければならない、終わるまでどのくらい時間がかかるのか、関わる人たちのこと、多くの制約や条件、社会的な性別の問題、無数にあるしがらみや条件付け、などなど無数のことを乗り越えなければならないからです。3次元の低い思考はあなたの意識を落とし、驚くような限界を超える見方をさせなくしてしまいます。
無意識の3次元的思考の元になるものを抜け出して意識的に気づいていくことは、習慣を手放すことと同じプロセスです。いつの時にか、自分の行動時の思考を捉えなければならず、そうやって3次元的思考をもっと高い視点の多次元的な思考に改めることができます。3次元の思考から発生する感情を知ることによって、その手の思考パターンを手放せるのです。

Unicorns are conscious ‘Spirit’ projections of both the animal kingdom and human thought, merged in the etherium aspect of the 5 elemental kingdoms. Your indigenous often interacted with evolved conscious forms of the animal kingdom as totems, including the bear, Wolf, Puma and such. The very process of interaction with the overlight group-spirit energy of these of the Animal Kingdom created a very real thought form intersection in which through the mutual intersection of energies, a communicating, very real energy emerged, in etheric form. These are not elemental energies, but exist as very conscious, self aware energies in the anti-matter or ethereal realm.

Intricate portals move into activation in the next few years, as the planet is being revamped and revitalized. Therefore there are massive fractures in earth crust and with it the inner stirring of mass liquid mass, which will bring about volcanic activity, even in those volcanoes which have been dormant for some time and with the eruptions in the inner earth, as liquid mass explodes this will cause earth eruptions, earth quakes and in some cases the sea will start boiling.
It is therefore imperative for mankind to understand that as the earth is reinventing herself, so human beings are being reinvented as they too are being re-formed, reinvented and even their physical bodies will now be more crystalline in nature and therefore contain higher frequency bands.
Most human beings are not aware of the energy centers in their own bodies, nor are they aware that a lot of changes are happening in the way the chakras and the spinal cord energies now move into higher octaves of being.
A lot of discomfort in the body is not caused so much by what we human being term “DIS-EASE” but rather by blocked particles of energies within these centers and therefore now are being worked on galactically to prepare mankind for the massive shifts with the portals opening up.
It is known to the Intergalactic Federation of Light, that the human body will have to be readjusted immensely, as the portal energies open up, as the normal human is not consciously aware enough to know about energies and energy centers and are not consciously seeking to activate these, do not work on the daily cleansing and clearing process, the healing of the emotional body, and more than this the healing of the mental body as well.
BOTH the emotional and mental bodies need to be healed and in balance with each other, as the last 26 000 year cycle has separated the heart (emotion/feeling) from the mind (rational, dissecting, fixing, creating/inventing without love or feeling).
Most people concentrate on the balance between the masculine and feminine WITHIN, but fail to understand the importance of the balance of heart and mind. One cannot step into full co-creatorship without there being balance between the heart and mind, between the feelings and rational, for if the heart is not fully opened up and the vital energy flow of Love is not in balance with the mind, one is imbalanced and it was imbalance which caused mass trauma since the fall of Atlantis.
When the heart energies and mind energies, are in balance with each other, a state of balance reigns within and without: – One starts then creating within the Universal Laws, as one applies them in HARMONY with the balance reigning elsewhere in the cosmos.
There are higher energy centers which work on the higher 36 chakras which were shut down after the fall of Atlantis, because human beings went out of control when the mind ruled and created the chaos that sunk Atlantis. It was done as the 3rd dimensional form of the lower DENSER physical form, could not hold the immensely high vibrational frequency which the opening up of 48 chakras would entail.

だから、地球が自己修復するように、人間も新たに作り直されて、共に新たになって肉体はもっと透明になり、その結果高い周波数を取り込めるようになります。

体が不調になるのは、いわゆる病気によってばかりではなく、このエネルギーセンターのエネルギー粒子が詰まっていることによります。その結果、人間が、ポータルが開く時の大きな変化に備えられるように、今後銀河的な働きかけが行われていきます。
光の銀河連合は、ポータルが開く時に、人体は新たに適応していくことを知っています。普通の人はエネルギーセンターやエネルギーについては知りませんし、それを活性化しようともしません。日頃から浄化しながら感情体のヒーリングを行いません。まして、メンタル体のヒーリングも行いません。
感情体メンタル体は共に、ヒーリングを行い互いのバランスをとることが必要です。これまでの2万6千年のサイクルでは、ハート（感情）とマインド（合理的・分別的・固定的思考、愛や感覚を伴わないモノ作りや発明）が切り離れ別々でした。
男性と女性のエネルギーのバランスをとることについては取り組む人がいますが、ハートとマインドのバランスの重要性の理解は抜け落ちています。ハートとマインド、合理的思考と気持ちの部分が調和していなければ十分に共同創造することは出来ません。ハートが十分に開かず、活発な愛のエネルギーがマインドと釣り合っていなければ、その人はバランスを崩します。その不均衡が、アトランティス崩壊以来に生じた、大きなトラウマでした。
ハートとマインドのエネルギーが相互にバランスが取れると、内外にバランスが広がります。その時、宇宙の法則に従って創造し始めます。宇宙のバランス状態と調和して行くのです。
高次・上位の36のチャクラには高いエネルギーセンターがあり、アトランティス崩壊後に閉じました。マインドが支配してアトランティスが沈み、混乱を起こした時に、人間はコントロール力を失いました。3次元の重く低い体では、高い波動を抱えきることが出来なくなりました。しかし、48のチャクラが開くと高い波動になります。
