Your bodies are still attempting to hold a huge consciousness in a tiny form. It can be painful, uncomfortable, fatiguing, stimulating … whatever is needed to anchor this new level of light into the collective consciousness. This is why so much preparation was done to clear and upgrade the body and assist it into crystalline transformation. Keep your body vehicle clear and moving, flowing into this new stream of Light.
Remember to report all of the effects to your Higher levels. The nightly check-in with your Team and backward review help with adjustments in dreamstate (this has worked well for me for several years, try it.) A reminder that you are being monitored individually and as a collective. Complaints about the external reality or internal symptoms slow the collective process. We are completely capable of this evolution, Beloveds. As embodiment and contact intensifies (or begins) for many, the intermingling of energy fields can make the body feel electrified, blown apart, blissy, or non-existent.

As you move deeper into Self-awareness and begin to listen to the wisdom of the physical body—your Body Memory Seed Atom—you will no longer depend so much on external methods (drugs, surgery and artificial means of healing). The drastic physical imbalances and ill-health the majority of human beings is now experiencing will gradually be replaced with healthy, harmonious living practices, which will be guided by the new spiritual, intuitive wisdom that you have stored within your Sacred Mind. No longer can humanity rely only on the current practices of the medical profession. The Energies of August 2016 & The Lion’s Gate ~ Natalia Alba

The intensity of summer is being beyond what we could possibly imagine! As we approach the Lion’s Gate, and towards the month of September, this fiery frequency will continue to increase – as we also have the coming of the Eclipses, having one this month and ending in September. We have a cosmic blessing to keep dissolving more old layers of our human self and its illusory bubble, and to embody higher level of consciousness as we keep activating our Light Body and descending/grounding its Wisdom and purity within our being and physical vehicles.
This revealing summer is also showing us so much Truth about all the aspects of us and situations that are still in need of more balance and unity! During this intense month of August, we may feel how everything and everyone that no longer can coexist with our new frequency, will move away from our path, as the more we embody our LoveLight Essence, the more we evolve within this endless spiral, the more we realize that letting go is essential for us as ascending souls, to remain in a state of harmony and refinement, and those who are not ready to be in a state of constant change, liberation and acceptance of what Is at every moment, will follow their own journey. Likewise when dogs playfully wag their tails, jump and run, often in joyous spins, they are, like the dolphin, forming energy vortexes capable of cleansing the energies, and projecting a ‘cha…nneled’ vibratory frequency that is extremely beneficial to the environ, not only removing negative vibrations but creating a shield to eliminate their re-entry.When cats seem to ‘patrol’ the perimeter of a room, house or yard, they are also exuding a protective field.

Question to Metatron: You advised earlier that the Felidae Starseed are the consciousness source for both the earthen feline and canine species of animals. Do all animals on the EarthPlane originate from Sirius A, from the Starseed Felidae?
AA-Metatron: No. Sirius A is the source of humanoids and Felidae. Sirius B is the source of the Sacred Cetacean, dolphin and whale. Dolphin and whale are of the same source , the Cetacean, just as the feline and canine are of the same source , Starseed Felidae.
It rarely occurs to you that animal kingdom consciousness came into physicality and earthen form by agreement, by benevolently choosing to do so,. The higher consciousnesses of such animal-beings had a considered & willing choice in the decision to support humanity, fully aware of the untoward potentials of mans phases & stages of ignorance as humanity evolves into greater awareness.
